I definitely understand how it can be frustrating to sign up for a service and have it not work the way you think it should be.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2022 introduces several features to help automate and streamline your daily accounting tasks. One of them is adding bill payment stubs to the list of customizable QuickBooks forms. Please take note that this option isn't available for QBDT Enterprise 2021 and below versions.
If you're already using this version but to no avail, update QuickBooks Desktop to its latest release. This keeps your software up-to-date so you always have the latest features and fixes. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and click Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select the Update Now tab.
- Click Get Updates to start the download.
- When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
- Once prompted, accept the option to install the new release.
If you're still getting the same result, run the repair tool for QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. You can use the Quick Fix my program tool to fix common errors right away.
