If you're unable to see the option and clear your browser's history didn't help, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to assist you with figuring out why you don't have this action. Here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.
