Chiming in to answer your question about the shipping manager in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @JayBlake.

 

Currently, accessing the shipping manager feature is unavailable in QBO as it is exclusive to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

I recommend looking through the QuickBooks App Store for a 3rd party app that has the same features as the Shipping Manager with an API. Rest assured that our product developers are always open to suggestions to improve our products and are able to meet our customers’ business needs. Here’s how you can post your concern on the Intuit Developer website.

 

  1. Log in your QBO account, to enable you to post your question.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks product.
  3. From the right corner, click "Ask Question."
  4. Enter your question on the box. You also have the option to add details with your concern.
  5. Click "Ask" to post your question.
