Let's start by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account using the private browser or incognito. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
Next, go to Expenses > Vendors and check the your vendor's information. If you're not seeing the strange characters, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Finally, close and re-open your browser to refresh the browser settings. Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.
