I'd like to reiterate of what AlcaeusF provided workaround. As an alternative, there's a Search built-in feature you can take advantage of. 

Here's how:

1. Click the Magnifying glass icon in between the Plus and Gear icons. 
2. Enter the number in the Search field. 
3. Click Enter.

Also, if the issue persists , I'd suggest getting in touch with our Phone Support Team so we can further investigate. They can also look into the root cause of the issue and open a case for investigation.
