Exporting a report to a simple PDF or Google Docs is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. You can only select Create New Worksheet and Update Existing Worksheet through Excel. However, you have the option to Print or Email to save the report as a PDF. That way, you'll be able to get your reports with complete data.
Here's how:
- From QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Reports menu at the top.
- Choose Reports Center. Then, find and open any report.
- Choose the Print button and click Save as PDF.
- Select the Email icon and choose Send report as PDF.
