Buy nowI appreciate you for getting back, @GRTac. I'm stepping into the thread to share with you some additional information about running reports displaying your items' quantity on hand and sold.
At this time, you need to pull up two reports to get this information. First is the Sales by Item Detail Report that shows the transactions created under your items with their quantities. The second report is the suggested reports (Physical Inventory Worksheet or Inventory Stock Status by Item) by MichelleBh to get the items' remaining quantities.
Once the report is open, you can export both reports to Excel, then combine the quantity and remaining quantity information from there.
