Thanks for clarifying your goal. I'll share recommended reports for you to review the inventory left on hand after the sale for a specific item. 

You can pull up your Physical Inventory Worksheet or Inventory Stock Status by Item report to see your items with the remaining quantity on hand. 

Proceed as follows: 

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Select the Inventory tab. 
3. Pick the mentioned report one at a time. 
4. Click Customize Report button if you want to filter other settings. 
5. Hit OK or Run report.
