Hi there, GRTac.

I'm here to share ways how to review the items sold and the quantity on one page.

You can run the Sales by Customer Detail report. Then customize it to show the quantity and number of items sold.

 Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Open the Sales by Customer Detail report.
  3. On the report window, select Customize or Customize Report.
  4. Go to the Display tab, then set the appropriate reporting date and basis.
  5. In the Columns field, type Qty, then put a checkmark.
  6. Select Customer Type or Customer in the Total by drop-down.
  7. In the Sort by a drop-down arrow, choose Name
  8. Go to Filters, then select the following:
  • Item - All sales items
  • Customer Type- All customers/jobs or Multiple customer types

   6. Click OK

Also, if you want to export the said report, you can check this article: Export reports as Excel workbooks in QuickBooks Desktop.

That should do it, GRTac. Keep me posted in case you need help in exporting reports. I'll be around to guide you.
