Thank you for joining this thread, @DLADCO. I'll share some insights about how the price rule works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

In QBO, we need to ensure that the price rules have selected the Customers or Products and services. You also have the option to set the price in the Adjusted Price tab. After saving it, the changes made will apply to your future transactions.

 

 

Also, the Sales price/rate in the Product and Services info page won't change even if you have set up a price rule for them. You'll want to create a transaction to verify if the rules are being applied to your inventory items.
