Found a part of a solution.  I can get to the data by running a Transaction List with Splits.  At least it gives me the detail lines.  Not the bill date, but its a start.  Did a download and programatically created a PDF in Excel.

Clearly not like doing this.  Should be a button on the screen to print it.
