Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @PTP77. I'll be sharing some insights about the price rules not showing up on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You'll want to make sure that the Rate column has been included in the Custom form styles template. To verify, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form styles.
  3. Choose a template, then click Edit under the Action tab.
  4. Select the Content tab.
  5. Select the Table section.
  6. Put a checkmark in the Rate column, then click Done.

I'm adding some screenshots for your visual reference:

For more tips about modifying sales forms in QuickBooks Online, you can refer to this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support. Their tools can help you check your account by isolating the error you’re having and helping you resolve it.

I'm including this article to learn more about price rules in QBO: Set price rules in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be here if you have other questions or concerns besides the price rules in QBO. I'd be happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a great day ahead!
