Buy nowHello everyone on this feed - I just started having this very same issue this week with invoices to customers. You can fix the error by putting a Dot "." at the end of the customer name. This way QuickBooks thinks the name is completely new and the problem does not occur. I literally just did this and it works. The record with the name is corrupt and so the only way to fix it is to make the system think it's a new record. Julia
