I appreciate you joining this conversation. Allow me to chime in and share information about the send reminder option for your contractors in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Once the contractor received the invitation and clicked the link in the email, the send reminder option will not show anymore because the invitation has been accepted. If they haven't completed the set up yet, you will need to contact the contractor to complete it.
