Once you've synced your Shopify data to QBO, all of your fees, payouts, and orders with all of the sales tax data are imported automatically. You'll want to reach out to Shopify support to verify if they can receive the data from QBO.
Moreover, QuickBooks integrates with hundreds of third-party software developers. While I’m unable to recommend an app, I can route you to a website where you can look for an application specific to your business needs. From there, you can integrate the app into QBO.
You can use specific keywords to narrow down your search if you want to see a lot of alternatives. You can use customer reviews to help you decide which app is best suited for your business type and needs.
