While I'm unable to access your account, I'd  recommend contacting our Support Team again. They have the tools to access your account and give you real-time update about your case.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Put a brief description of your concern, then choose a way to connect:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
