I understand that you want an option to set a time when the reports will be emailed. Currently, this is not available in QuickBooks Online.
Our developers continuously look for more ways to improve the software. I suggest you send feedback about this and let them know that you need to change the time when automated reports are being sent. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
