Thanks for joining us here in the thread, @AndrewWernicke. Here's what I know about this matter.

 

The feature you're attempting to access is currently unavailable. You can consider using a 3rd party app that can be found in your QuickBooks Online Account to perform this feature. I'll show you how:

 

  1. On the left navigational bar, select the Apps tab.
  2. In the search bar, type the keyword "Change Order"
  3. Click the Search icon.
  4. Once you find the 3rd party that best suits your needs, click on it and then add it to your QuickBooks subscription. Please note that not all third-party apps are free.

 

You can also use the keyword "Job tracking" in case you'd like to integrate it to your QBO account.
