The feature you're attempting to access is currently unavailable. You can consider using a 3rd party app that can be found in your QuickBooks Online Account to perform this feature. I'll show you how:
- On the left navigational bar, select the Apps tab.
- In the search bar, type the keyword "Change Order"
- Click the Search icon.
- Once you find the 3rd party that best suits your needs, click on it and then add it to your QuickBooks subscription. Please note that not all third-party apps are free.
You can also use the keyword "Job tracking" in case you'd like to integrate it to your QBO account.
