Do this on attached screenshot, under qb updates - I had same issue today when trying to print from 2020 (I first used the roll-back update in my 2021 for those clients I have in that year, but then apparently the 2020 reverted to it's old, bad ways - I have 22 clients that I had successfully printed before it reverted) SOOOO annoying.  Wendy
