Thank you for responding.  I do show all memo and description lines on all my reports in QBO.  It is our new system QBE that this extra text we add to our invoices will NOT show on any such reports.  I have tried and called Support about.  They tell me that is the difference between systems and QBE must have a service line item for that field to show on reports.   It is very frustrating that we have adding this important info. and is showing on our actual invoices, but not my Excel downloaded reports . . . as well as the next issue where our text on other service item lines is being truncated on reports even though the field will accept.   :(
