Is there a solution when we type in the Description or Memo field of a customer invoice that it will NOT appear on any customer reports or any report???  I was not aware this was an issue since we did this in QBO.  We are using QB Enterprise and I called support.  They are telling me unless there is a service item on that line, the detail will not appear on reports.  This is totally unacceptable, but out of my control.  Do you have a solution?  

How can I pull this data in?
