Were you able to figure it out?  Between the advice of moclips and DBJennings, I was able to print 3 to a page.  I also turned off the 1099 preference, closed QB's, and turned it back on, I don't know if that helped, but you know when you are desperate anything is worth trying.  :)  I hope you got it to work!!
