Let me show you how to disable notification settings, @retana. You're in the right place for answers.
Turning off notifications in your account is my focus here. This way, you can read other dominant email messages about your businesses without a moment's delay.
If you're referring to your Community notification, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Community account.
- Click the profile icon and click Edit under Latest badges earned.
- Select Personal, then Email, and check the Don't send me any community emails box.
- Hit Save.
- Pick the Subscriptions and notifications tab if you want to stop specific emails and click Save.
If you're referring to your in-product notification, here's how to configure the settings:
- Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- Choose the General tab, then My Preferences.
- Check the emails you want to stop.
- Click OK.
