You'll want to ensure that your QBDT program is on the latest release to be able to print the form in the desired format. For your concern, @PHI89, we can manually update your QBDT program to fix the update message. Before that, you'll have to completely close out and shut down your QBDT and restart your computer. The system may need a slight reboot for the updater to successfully install the release patches. Here's how:
Once done, restart your computer. When your computer opened, proceed in updating your QBDT program.
Pulling up reports to easily review your 1099 information in QBDT is easy. You can either run the 1099 Summary or 1099 Detail report. Take note that they default to the current date format so you'll have to set the correct date range.
