Is the download update that I am being prompted to do from the 1099 Wizard (see pics below) so I can access the Wizard to print 1099-NEC the same as the download update that I am prompted to do when I login to QuickBooks? Because when I have clicked to update when I initially log in, that is the update that shuts down QuickBooks entirely and the entire program needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
