Just to be clear - On the Update Now screen check the box Reset Updates and run the updates over and over until all updates have been installed.  If you don't keep reseting updates, this screen gives you the impression there is nothing new to download.....do it over and over and over and over until everything is updated.

Also, if one of the updates doesn't look like it is installing, close the program, right click on the QB icon and choose Run as Administrator.  This will allow some of the updates to install.  There were 2 of these in the sequence we had to do this on because they wouldn't install.
