If you still can't print the form after ensuring that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) program is updated to the latest release and you have the latest payroll tax table, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll support team. They have tools to further look into your account and determine what's preventing you to print the form 1099 NEC with 3 parts.
