Hi - your fix is still not working. I tried the update of the program (though I just upgraded to Desktop Pro 2022 yesterday), including restarting the computer, and I also tried the Tool Hub repair fix related to printing and PDFs. Neither helped. Oddly enough, my first attempt to print in QBDT Pro 2022 DID show up as three part, but when I tried to align it to get it off the lines and into the boxes, it went back to two part and refuses to be fixed. The thread also indicates that some versions work and some don't. 

Really, Intuit. We've got 2 weeks to get these out and the news about the new three part form is not exactly news. I really don't have an hour to spend on hold for each client. This is clearly a glitch on your part, and I'll have to use some other software to get these out. My test case is my own company with just one sub-contractor, but one client has 76 1099s to issue.
