Since you've already tried to do the basic troubleshooting steps and still encounter the same issue, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can further check the set up of your account to verify the reason why the vendor names are not displayed in the list. Here's how to contact them:
- Select the Help button in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
- Click the Assistant tab to get started.
- Enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Can't pick a vendor when customizing the Transaction List by Vendor Report.
- Then, to directly connect to an agent, type "Talk to a human".
- Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
