This worked - thank you! Checking the box Re-set Updates was key to this working, now I can print 3 per page.

Had to also re-map my accounts to 1099-NEC instead of 1099-MISC which they were last year. To do this I had to go to print 1099-MISC - omit those accounts from 1099-MISC, then go out and back in. Then I went to print 1099-NEC and marked any accounts associated with 1099-NEC - this is how I fixed that!
