Is ACTUALLY A SERIOUS RESPONSE?

READING IS FUNDAMENTAL.

I HAVE DONE ALL THOSE THINGS -- ALL customer support managed to do was CRASH MY SOFTWARE, LOCK ME OUT OF IT FOR AN ENTIRE DAY, WAIT FOR ME TO FIX IT, THEN AFTER 40 HOURS ON THE PHONE "PROMISE" my issue would be "escalated" and they would "call" me and THEN I get there are "problems" and they "can't do that" and I would HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.

THIS IS INSANE!
