Finally success! After numerous attempted fixes including uninstall and reinstall yesterday of QBDT 2022 Pro Plus, was able to get my 3 part printing this afternoon. I followed the Reset Update recommendation, closed QB and reopened, made sure updates were downloaded and finally had my 3 part printing functionality on 1099-NECs. I did have to do some minor account remapping after this update (my Box 1 1099-NEC income account was now mapped to 1099-MISC box 15 ???), but this was a minor glitch easily fixed.

Have just finished printing my 1099-NECs for 2021.

Thank you again for your assistance and I wish others good luck in trying to achieve their own successful resolution. It has taken me four days and much frustration that I believe QB/Intuit could easily have foreseen and resolved much earlier, but I do appreciate your assistance and persistence in getting me to a successful outcome.
