I am using QuickBooks Desktop Pro.  I am unable to print my 1099-NEC in 3 parts.  It's still coming up as a 2-part form.  I have set it up for automatic updates and have also went in and physically done the updates.  According to the website, I still do not have the most recent update which is Release R-13 October 2021.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
