Agreed..."checking" for Updates isn't enough...you must check the "Reset Updates" box, as shown below, before clicking "Get Updates." Until I did that, nothing worked. After I did that, a new update downloaded, installed, and when I restarted the program, I was able to print 3-up 1099-NEC.
