I'm here to help you sort this out, @CC-Bene.I appreciate you for sharing the steps you've performed to fix this.

Since you already changed the font size in the customized page and some parts of the invoice show 6pt font, I'd suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to make sure the issue isn’t browser-related. Local internet cache files may be the reason for this unexpected behavior.

Let’s start logging in to QuickBooks using a private window. Here’s how:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once signed in, try to change the font size again to 12pt font and create an invoice. If it works, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps remove its stored cache so it'll function efficiently.

If private browsing doesn't work, I recommend using different browsers. They will provide you with the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, I encourage you to read this article: System Requirements For QBO

I've listed these articles that will guide you with your future tasks in QuickBooks like receiving payments and making a bank deposit:

Please let me know how it goes after trying out the steps above. If you need further assistance, leave a reply below with added information or screenshots. I’ll be on the lookout for your response. Keep safe, @CC-Bene.
