Yes, I'd be glad to assist you in checking which user made the journal entry. To do so, you can run the Audit Log report to view all the activities created in QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Audit Log.
  3. Use the Filter option to narrow the result. 
  4. Then, find and review the created journal entry.
