Buy nowI am currently being charged the multistate fee because I have employees who live in a different state, but work in my state. However, I am not required to pay payroll taxes in that other state and I do not have that state set up in my system. I currently only have 1 work location built and all of my employees are associated with that work location.
I logged a ticket and was told to change their work location. This is invalid because the work location is already correct and is in my state.
I was also told I could change the state in their home address to make it work. This would be adding incorrect information in the system and should not be the answer to my issue.
Why am I being charged for a function I don't have set up?
Please provide a correction to this issue.
