Allow me to provide some insights regarding QuickBooks' order acknowledgement feature.

This functionality is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

However, my colleague from the prior post suggested a workaround for developing a custom template for one of your sales forms. You can rename it Order Acknowledgement after you've created it.
