Buy nowTried all of the above for a user and never could get it working. Created a new user profile? Worked fine. So just copied over their files, bookmarks, etc. and they were good to go. Before that, tried renaming sections of the CurrentUser registry hive for Quickbooks and Excel to maybe narrow down what was in their user profile breaking it, but could never get it to show up properly.
So just went with the new user profile route and worked like a champ.
