I've got your back to ensure that the time and date of the report will reflect when exported to an Excel file, @Elaine C.

 

We can use the Advanced feature when trying to export a statement. This way, the report header will appear in your Excel data. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the report. 
  2. Choose the Excel drop-down and select Create New Worksheet.
  3. Click the Advanced button.
  4. Enable the button next to the On printed report and screen.
  5. Lastly, click OK.
