I have no "left menu" with a "reports" button. What version are you referring to. I have QB Pro desktop. Trying to do the same thing - a mailing list of all clients who have used us (that we have invoiced) within the past three years. I cannot follow your instructions. The buttons/tabs/menus don't apply or don't exists as you have described.
