Thanks for reaching out to the Community. @CW5328.

I understand that you want to run reports for statement activity in QuickBooks Online to meet your business needs.

This may vary in your user role in your account and this will affect your limits usage.
Here’s how to check usage limits.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. Select Settings :gear:. Then select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Usage tab.

You can also click this article about user roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, the Class tracking feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced plans. If you can't see this option, you're likely subscribed to QuickBooks Online Simple Start or Essentials plans.

Check out this article for usage limits by subscription.

Additionally, have this article to personalize QuickBooks Online to work the way you want it to.

You can always come back here if you have any further queries about your transactions. Thank you and have a great day!
