Buy nowThank you so much for your quick reply. If I follow your instructions will it offer them the option of a write in tip? Or does it have to be a set amount that we add to the invoice? If it's a set amount we can do that simply by choosing "Other" and adding an automatic gratuity. We only add an auto gratuity to our larger events, for daily deliveries we want to include a way for them to write in a tip for the driver if they so choose to.
Another question on a semi related subject regarding writing in an amount. We often ask for a 50% deposit. Currently when we send an invoice with Payments we just setup they have to pay the full amount. Is there a way to set a percentage to pay? Or do we have to start splitting the invoice in half to achieve this?
We love getting automatic deposits and getting rid of our CC machine, but it has come with many more new problems.
