The option to change accounts is on the same page where you can see the bank account. Just scroll-down a little bit and you will see the accounts in your Chart of Accounts. It's the section where you can change the mapping of accounts for payroll transactions.

Here's how: 

1. Go back to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
2. Look for Preferences and click on it, then select Accounting Preferences.
3. Scroll-down to the Other Liability & Asset Accounts section.
4. Look for the Direct Deposit Liability account and make the changes.
5. Click OK.
