I'm glad to show you how to pull up the data from the weekly timesheet when creating a bill. Let's proceed by following the steps I've outlined below.

 

  1. Click Vendor, then Enter Bills.
  2. Enter the name of the vendor.
  3. The system will ask if you want to check the time worked associated with the vendor.
  4. You need to select Yes.

  5. Enter the Start date and End date. The date should include the period of the timesheet.

  6. Click OK to close the Select Time Period window.
  7. Click OK again to close the Warning window.
