I'll help you in running and exporting that report, Blessed_Beyond.

You'll want to make sure that Include split detail option was turned on so QuickBooks will be able to show you how the bank account instead of the word "SPLIT". Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Choose Banking, then select Previous Reconciliation.
  3. Select the appropriate bank account and report preferences.
  4. Click the Customize Report button.
  5. Go to the Display tab, then select the Account and Split option from the Column section.
  6. Click the Filters tab, then select Account from the FIlter menu.
  7. Select the appropriate account, then trick the Yes radio button from the Include split detail option.
  8. Hit OK, then click the Excel button to export the report.
