Thanks for chiming in on this thread. Also, congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Allow me to point you in the direction to get this resolved. 

 

Since the invoice is coming back after deleting/voiding it, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can further assist you with this problem. They'll be able to use more advanced tools to view the cause of this issue. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and tap Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and select to Get a callback
