Yes that would be the correct way to do it if you spoke with one of our QuickBooks Specialists. You can always contact them again and get a second opinion from another agent. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Click the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Press the Contact Us hyperlink. 
  4. Give a brief description of the problem and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
