I hear you and realize the importance of being able to pull up a report for an unbilled time by job that includes the service rates and totals. This option is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop.
To get your work done, you may consider exporting separate reports to Excel and create a single report from there. This way, you can gather the data that you need for the report.
I know that pulling your desired report can help you run your business easier. I'd encourage you to send this preference to our developers. They are continuously considering new features to be added to the system and help improve your customer experience.
To do that:
- Click on Help at the top.
- Select on Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion.
- Enter your request.
- Click on Send Feedback.
