I can help you sort things out so you can print invoices seamlessly.

 

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting procedures to verify if this is a browser issue. When a cache is kept for a long time, it can cause the browser to behave strangely. 

 

To start with, open your QBO company using an incognito page. Check out these keyboard shortcuts to open it:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If the preview page is showing and you're able to print the invoice with ease, then you'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This will prevent unusual behavior in the browser. 

 

 

In case the issue persists, I recommend you use another supported browser.
